New this year! The 2026 Merrimack Conservation Partnership Grants program has been reimagined to support projects within the Merrimack Valley Watershed region of New Hampshire and Massachusetts and align with the 2025 Merrimack Watershed Conservation Plan.
The 2026 grant program includes all eligible activities from the 2025 grant rounds (land conservation and environmental science, education, and outreach) and has been expanded and restructured to match the updated conservation goals and themes of the 2025 Merrimack Watershed Conservation Plan and to align with the newly adopted mission and vision of the Merrimack Conservation Partnership.
Applications will be accepted through Friday, November 6th via the online application portal at https://tnc.app.box.com/f/9c7fab9c1ab64205b039d57bf2ad12ac.
